Por ejemplo; comer fruta todos los d\u00edas, se requiere la planificaci\u00f3n y la preparaci\u00f3n de tus alimentos que sean balanceados justo para ti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es muy importante tener en casa una serie de productos b\u00e1sicos nutritivos, para tener siempre a la mano una opci\u00f3n saludable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Que son buenos para el coraz\u00f3n y los vasos sangu\u00edneos, porque tienen un efecto positivo sobre disminuir los niveles de colesterol.
