Why is Breakfast so important?

Most of the time we have heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the whole day. And I

that it is, depending on your daily activities, habits and type of work that you are doing in your daily work. Whether you are a student, a worker in your own business, a single mother, a single person or the company where you are hired. It usually happens that in the rush of day to day, we omit this load of fuel in the morning, if we think about it, with this meal we will start the day and if you start with low fuel, you will perform less.

All this affects us emotionally, since it can make us irritable, tired, have low productivity due to lack of energy, headaches due to lack of glucose (sugar) in our blood, the brain gets tired and performance must decrease, and / or adjust the processes of obtaining energy, and saving energy in the body during the day, which otherwise if you do not exercise, everything will become fat in the body, due to overweight or obesity.

And of course there is also the other part, “I do have breakfast.” And then the question arises:

What do you eat for breakfast? How much do you eat for breakfast?

Bad breakfast:

  • Consume foods high in sugars in the morning, or the day.
  • Consuming too many fried snacks, and with too much salt.
  • Consume “natural” juices, or with the legend “no added sugar”.
  • Have no more than 1 black coffee with sweet bread for breakfast.
  • Eat breakfast 3-4 hours after the start of your day.
  • Consume processed foods.

Good breakfast:

  • High fiber foods.
  • Avoid fruit juices with high glucose content and better consume fruits with peel.
  • Foods with intrinsic sugars. (sugars that come naturally with food.)
  • Grilled or cooked food.
  • Natural source of protein.
  • Sources with healthy fats, such as avocado, walnuts, almonds, sunflower seeds, sesame, peanuts.
  • No added sugar, or industrialized syrups.

Conclusions:

Modern life has challenges for us in terms of our food, customs, lack of culture in the matter of nutrition of people, as well as the companies that have people under their command. Not having established schedules for the feeding of employees in the business aspect, and industry. But there is also the personal factor, of not going for the “easy” food. Pretexts, we all have.

Ask yourself, what is more expensive for your body?
